Baghdad Market in Sterling Heights is hands‑down one of the best spots for fresh sandwiches, meats, and authentic Iraqi groceries. Their food tastes just like home — everything is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with real care. The chicken shawarma and falafel are top notch — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and always served hot. You can smell the freshness as soon as you walk in, and the bakery section is incredible. The fresh bread and pastries coming straight out of the oven are unbeatable (just like in the photo!). The store is clean, well‑stocked, and the selection of Iraqi and Middle Eastern ingredients is excellent. Whether you're there for a quick sandwich, fresh meat, or grocery shopping, you’ll never be disappointed. Highly recommend to anyone who loves authentic Middle Eastern food! Note : be aware the fried eggplant in counter may be too oily !!

Okay so this place does Chinese food in Indian? Both were super amazing. The shrimp fried rice was better than the Chinese restaurant. The Indian food was amazing but no spice was in mine heat Wise but it was still hot to me. Absolutely love this place. Very accommodating. The food was amazing. Our staff was very great. Definitely will go back. They do offer a buffet on Saturdays and Sundays at $15.99. they have three Chinese meals and three Indian meals along with the dessert for the buffets. Definitely will go back. Had an awesome time. Food had lots of amazing flavor. My taste buds were all over the place with excitement. Go check this place out. Oh wow, I almost forgot the naan bread. The garlic naan bread was freaking amazing.
