All of our beef, lamb and chicken is halal, from halal suppliers, and cut here on site. Whole chickens or pieces, leg of lamb or lamb chops, beef for stew, kabob or shawarma. Tell us the dish and the amount and we take it from there.
We grind meat fresh and mix kabob the way Iraqi families expect it, with the right fat and seasoning. Marinated meats are ready for the grill on weekends and holidays. For Eid, big family dinners or catering, call ahead and we set aside what you need.
The same meat goes on our own grill at the hot food counter, so you can taste the shawarma or kabob before you buy the raw cut for home.
