The hot food counter is not a warming tray. The shawarma turns on the spit, the falafel goes in the fryer, and the kabob hits the charcoal after you order.

Chicken shawarma and beef shawarma come as sandwiches in fresh samoon or as plates over rice with salad, tahini and bread. Falafel sandwiches get pickles, tomato, parsley and tahini. Chicken kabob is grilled over real charcoal and served with grilled tomato and onion and a warm samoon.
Yellow rice with chicken is the everyday plate, and daily specials go up on the board at the counter. Most orders take about ten minutes because nothing is sitting under a lamp. Call ahead and it waits for you at the register.
We also prepare trays of shawarma, kabob, rice and salads for family gatherings and office lunches. Call a day ahead for large orders.
